The service

Vaanii AI provides AI voice agents that make and receive calls on behalf of your business. Features, pricing and availability may change.

Your responsibilities

• You must have consent or another lawful basis to call the people your agent contacts.
• You must follow applicable telecom rules, including TRAI / DLT requirements and Do-Not-Disturb preferences.
• You must not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or to give medical, legal or financial advice.
• You are responsible for the scripts and information your agent shares.

Payments

Plans are billed as agreed with our sales team. Prices exclude GST. Unused minutes do not carry over unless agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI agents may occasionally make mistakes; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous month.
